I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.
Here are some questions to ask your insurance company to clarify if this applies to you:
• Does my plan provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care with a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Oregon?
• If so, is there a separate deductible?
• What percentage of out-of-network costs does my plan cover?
• Do I need pre-authorization for out-of-network services?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions that will be reimbursed per year?
• How do I submit for out-of-network reimbursement?
-
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots based on availability. You’re welcome to ask about this during your consultation.

At the time, I offer telehealth sessions only. Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
-
Most clients start with a weekly or bi-weekly session. Frequency can change over time depending on your goals, needs, and capacity.
I offer limited monthly sessions after transitioning from weekly or bi-weekly.

Sometimes, but only if it feels useful. This might look like reflection questions, noticing patterns, or small experiments to try between sessions. Therapy doesn’t have to feel like school.

Because therapy is regulated by where the client is physically located, you must be in Oregon at the time of your session. We can talk more about this if you travel frequently.
