About Me

I identify as biracial (Mexican American/white), second gen (child of an immigrant parent), queer, kink-affirming, and as someone in a mid-size body. These identities shape how I move through the world and definitely how I show up in this work.

I grew up in Southern California surrounded by family, sunshine, and very persistent heat (which I do not miss). I eventually made my way north, where I fell in love with fog, redwoods, and the idea of community care. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in community-based spaces, supporting unhoused folks, volunteering at a needle exchange, doing research, and, yes, performing as a fire dancer on summer and fall weekends.

These days, I’m deeply interested in identity, belonging, and what it means to live in a way that feels more honest and aligned. I’m also in the process of reconnecting with my Mexican lineage, which has been equal parts grounding, meaningful, and humbling.

I share all of this because I believe we’re all constantly becoming; no one arrives “finished.” I’d be honored to walk alongside you, whether you’re coming in on your own or with your partner, as you explore your story, your relationships, and what you want more of in your life.
